Return & Exchange Information

Since all products are made to order, returns and exchanges for size, colour, or buyer’s remorse unfortunately aren’t accepted.

However, we will take care of your order if:

Damaged or defective items: You can request a reprint or refund within 30 days of delivery. Photos may be required as proof.
Lost packages: If an order hasn’t arrived, you must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Returned packages: If an order is returned due to a shipping issue (like an invalid address or carrier error), we can reship the order to you.
